Refund policy

At Off-Chain Clothing, we keep things simple and off-chain - no unnecessary noise or complications.

Since our products are made to order (custom-printed just for you), we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size chosen, or simply not liking the item. This aligns with standard print-on-demand practices to avoid waste and keep prices accessible.

 

What we do cover:

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is the wrong item due to our fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll handle it through our print partner: eligible claims get a free reprint (or refund to the original payment method in some cases) at no extra cost to you, including shipping for the replacement.

For packages lost in transit, report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date - same resolution process.

Reach out via our contact form on the site (or email if you set one up). Include your order details and proof photos. We'll get back fast and sort it quietly.


Exceptions/Notes:

Sizing: Check our product sizing charts carefully before ordering - we can't exchange for fit issues.

International: Any customs/duties/taxes are your responsibility.

Brazil residents: Special "right to regret" rules may apply (contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for evaluation).


Sealed, Hygiene Items and Mugs  : Non-returnable once opened.

We stand behind quality and fix what we control. For anything else, we're grateful for your support - every order helps build the off-chain movement.
