Returns and Exchange Policy
At Offchain Clothing, we keep things simple and off-chain - no unnecessary noise or complications.
Since our products are made to order (custom-printed just for you), we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, wrong size chosen, or simply not liking the item. This aligns with standard print-on-demand practices to avoid waste and keep prices accessible.
What we do cover:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is the wrong item due to our fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of receipt at @gmail.com.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll handle it through our print partner. Eligible claims get a free reprint (or refund to the original payment method in some cases) at no extra cost to you, including shipping for the replacement.
For packages lost in transit, report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work on a resolution as fast as possible.
Our customer service will be in touch within 48 hours of a filed claim.
Before You Buy:
Sizing: Check our product sizing charts carefully before ordering - we can't exchange for fit issues.
International: Please note that International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Residents of Brazil: Special "right to regret" rules may apply (contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for evaluation).
Sealed, Hygiene and items such as mugs are non-returnable once opened.
We stand behind quality and will fix what we can control. For anything else, we're grateful for your support - every order helps build the off-chain movement.

What is Off-Chain Clothing?
Everyday apparel designed to blend in. Subtle graphics, clean fits, no loud signals. To most, it's just a tee or hoodie. To those who know, it's a quiet reminder: real value doesn't need to be on display. We take your clothes off-chain - away from the noise, into the shadows.
What does "Take your clothes off chain" mean?
A double play: get comfortable (literally), but also move your style - and mindset - off of the public chain. No flashing bags, no neon memes. Just pieces that let you carry your edge unseen.
Are these designs crypto related?
Some pieces nod to the space in ways only the initiated will catch. Most look like normal streetwear, vintage patches, or artistic illustrations. We don't spell it out - that's the point. Gray man approved.
How do orders work?
We use print-on-demand fulfillment, so each item is made fresh when you order. No massive inventory, no waste. You get a high-quality custom piece, shipped directly to you.
Where are your products printed and shipped from?
Currently produced and fulfilled through our print partner (facilities in the US and globally depending on your location). We aim for fast, reliable delivery. Shipping times vary by destination - check the product page or checkout for estimates.
How long will it take my product to ship?
Production usually takes 2-7 business days, plus shipping (3-10 days domestic US, longer international). Costs show at checkout based on your location and items. We keep it transparent - no surprises.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Our products are custom-made to order, so we don't offer returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Check sizing charts before purchase. If there's a quality issue (misprint, damage, defect, or wrong item from a fulfillment error), report within 30 days via contact form with photos - we'll resolve it through our partner (free reprint/refund where eligible). Do you offer discount codes, promos or bundles?
We drop limited collections and occasional codes for the community. Follow @clothesoffchain on X for first looks and any specials. No constant sales - scarcity is part of the vibe.
Are products available worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any) are your responsibility.
Are you doing custom orders or collabs?
Right now, we're focused on our core drops. If something aligns perfectly with the off-chain ethos, we might consider it down the line. DMs open for serious ideas.
I want to shill your brand, can I have a discount code?
We are not currently offering any partnerships. But we never say never. Drop us a DM on X or email with serious pitches.
What's next for Off-Chain?
We're starting lean and testing with premium print-on-demand. If the community shows up, we'll level up to limited-run, 100% made-in-USA pieces - heavyweight blanks, local screen printing, once-gone-gone scarcity.
